2011 Chateau d'Yquem Lur Saluces Sauternes
GREAT SAUTERNES WHITE!..
Served blind, I thought it was a Riesling from the nose and the palette as the nose do show a lot of Riesling character. Palette was rich, creamy, very sweet, lean and slightly short on the finishing. Later I get honeysuckle, kerosene, mellow after a while and turned extremely balance. I was enjoying this a lot, great effort from the maker of d'yquem!
