2011 Clau de Nell Cuvee Violette
DAILY WINE
I'd classified this as a daily drinking wine, as it's not a mainstream style wine, but very drinkable. Composed of 90% Cabernet Franc and 10% Cabernet Savignon, it really possessed a Cabernet Franc character of heavy capsicum, along with light smoke.
Relatively rich, with a dose of vanilla, it's almost the Mas de Daumas Gassac style, easy to drink but quickly forgotten.
