2011 Fargues Barrel Sample
I tasted a range of 2011 Sauternes, except for d'yquem, Rieussec & Suduiraut. I concluded that for some charm & spark, Guiraud 2011 is extremely well made. This one is made with power & perhaps with some anger. Extreme sweetness, I wonder if I get diabetes drinking this?
