2011 Joseph Faiveley Chablis Les Clos Grand Cru
After tasting 6 7 Faiveley whites, finally a Grand Cru level, and I must confess it's clearly a different league. Very muted nose ( most likely due to young age). Palette is very balanced, extremely rich, and still relatively sharp most likely due to young age. I will not touch it for another 2 years to enjoy it.
