APPROACHABLE BORDEAUX CLONE
People who drinks Bordeaux wines know that Bordeaux takes 20 30 years in general to be approachable. I like this MDDS that's exactly a Bordeaux clone but there's no need to wait that long!
This afternoon I was offered to drink this 2011. Nose was quite heavy on vanilla and a tinge of green notes. I had a sip, detected some inky notes so I decided to order a squid ink pasta to go along. It worked quite well, extremely pleasant and mellow wine, so friendly, soft and smooth.
