2011 Viento Aliseo Graciano Cabernet Sauvignon
BIODYNAMIC WINE
This vine was only 10 years old, guess it's much easier to go biodynamic with young vines. A 50/50 blend of Graciano (Grenache?) and Cabernet Savignon, aged in oak barrels for 9 months. It was decent on first sip, pleasant and early drinking, considered a decent table wine. On second sip, the weakness started to reveal simple, lacks structure and quite diluted. I don't see the value of going biodynamic except for the lack of sulphate that causes headache.
