SPANISH RESERVA 西班牙的陈酿
Spanish reserva requires at least 3 years of aging in oak barrel, which either gives the wine a lot of vanilla flavor, or it adds a lot of dimensional flavors to the wine. I always find it much more easy to drink a reserva, like this bottle, not a lot of vanilla, but the fruits are expressive, and I can probably taste some tannic fruits.
西班牙的陈酿，法定需要最少三年在橡木桶陈酿，所以你买西班牙酒，最好的是看标签，有陈酿或是珍藏的，味道都有点保障。好像这瓶2012年的陈酿酒，虽然没有很浓郁的木桶味， 但是柔顺成熟，还带一点年轻的果味，还有很浓厚的单宁果味。这样的酒最好是醒酒一个小时，保管柔顺和容易入口。希望各位看官注意！
