I'm not good at reviewing Spanish wines but I'll try my best. My first Spanish organic wine I've ever come across. Frankly, not a bad effort!
Milk chocolate hit my nose, followed by heavy black fruits like blueberry and black currants.
I didn't decant, and was hit by the massive tannins on first sip. Surprisingly the tannins faded away very fast, replaced with heavyweight fruits, chunky, muscular, bold. Somehow very short finishing. I guess the organic style was the bold & clean fruits.
