2012 Pape Clement Pessac Leognan Blanc
UNION DE GRAND CRU 2012
Was at UGC 2012 a couple of weeks ago to taste all the Bordeaux 2012 wines. Will start off with white first. Show of the day for white was Domaine de Chevalier Blanc.
Normally Pape Clement will steal the show, but this 2012 disappointed me. Very mild and buttery on the nose. Very subdued even though it's light and pleasant, somehow lacks flavor on the palette.
