2012 Pere Ventura Cava Tresor Reserva
SPANISH CHAMPAGNE Technically they're not supposed to be called champagne, thus the name Cava for Spanish champagne. Lots of unique and fresh forest floor nose. Green apple dominated the palette, coupled with ripe but also refreshing taste. I imagine it will go well with spicy or Thai food, apart from Riesling.
