2012 Pichler Loibner Klostersatz Gruner Veltliner Federspiel
BAD BREATH
We don't get a lot of Austrian wines here, more so from the Gruner Veltliner grape, so it was something that was worth a try as this is actually the signature grape of Austria.
The nose smelled of citrus fruits and some green bitter vegetable that I did not particularly enjoy. The palate on the other hand started out creamy then suddenly turned sharp and stingy with the same green bitter vegetable. Opposite effect of a mouthwash that will instead leave me with a bad breath.
