JAM This wine reminded me of the thick and sweet strawberry jams served in the morning for your breakfast. The Selected Harvest according to the winemaker means a Crianza, sort of entry level wine aged lightly in an oak barrel. Apart from the jammy character, it's also relatively fruity, tannic and slightly sour. Truly a strawberry jam.
