Please save your money for better vintages. 2013 was one of the worst vintages since I started tasting Bordeaux 20+ years ago, the lack of structure and tannins are telling me this vintage cannot age. Made for early drinking.
Admittedly I didn't taste enough Saint Julien wines this time round, with the limited 3 bottles that I tasted, I'm jumping to conclusion. Light red fruit and clinical bouquet dominated the nose. Extremely light on the palate, lacked depth & complexity.
