Overall, Bordeaux 2013 was an extremely disappointing vintage, the whites were not doing any better despite some reports claimed it otherwise. I report with no strings attached, nor any vested interests.
It carries an extremely fruity and fragrant bouquet. However the palate did not match the nose in performance at all: very bland, dull and the body was not refined, in other words very rough. Disappointed.
