2013 Chateau Henri Bonnaud Palette
This was again recommend by the sommelier of 2 Michelin starred restaurant. As I can't consume a bottle by myself, I asked for a glass. It was totally pleasureable upon first sip pleasant, creamy, complex, rich, good depth. I thoroughly enjoyed this Rose that I ordered a 2nd glass, and again quickly finished it. It was certainly my wine of the day. I will make it a point to source for some of these great Rose from Aix En Provence.
