2013 Martin Jund Vin DAlsace Riesling
Organic Riesling!
On the nose, it has fragrant, elegant oak and unprocessed honey. Body is of strong lemon, slightly diluted, slight pineapple, slight green apple, decent layers ended with bitter notes. I was expecting more flavor and more juice in the grape like normally how organic food tasted however it lack the punch...don't register that 'aww..' factor. Does anyone also taste hints of Petroleum?
