2013 Roques Dao Touriga Nacional
NO LASTING POWER?
Initially I quite like this wine when served, however I have to report my truthful finding after drinking a glass of it.
Nose was faint, with slight barnyard. I initially enjoyed the content of the wine, good weight, excellent depth, although slightly dry & tannic to my liking. However, to my shock, while I was in a short conversation of 5 mins, my next sip was totally disastrous; the wine faded and beyond recognition! I only had a glass I hope to have a fair evaluation of it next time.
