If this was blinded, I would have thought it as a Sauvignon Blanc, as the freshness and crispy character would have thrown me off. Light and refreshing on the nose, palate was similarly fresh and easygoing, no sign of Chardonnay grape except for the slightly buttery character.
如果我盲品这瓶酒，我肯定不会认为是霞多丽的品种，因为太过清新而且脆嫩，感觉是个白长相思。鼻子味道非常清新，口感也一样清新而且非常容易入口。纳栢的酒不是浪得虚名的，有点风格。这款酒如果是霞多丽是因为奶油味比较重而已，但是不明显。
