It started off with lemon, butter and minerality on the nose. Surprisingly it morphed into honey when warmed up.
Palate was similar situation, lemon and butter was dominant, till the wine got warmed up, suddenly it was not only rich, but the wine was totally honey driven, sweet, warm and comfy. Pair it with BBQ pork ribs or honey chicken wings.
