I was told by the winemaker that the grapes came from 21 different vineyards, and these vineyards may contain 20 to 40 grape varieties, plus most vines are of age between 60 to 80 years old. This is an absurd amount of grape blend!
And how was the outcome? Sweet, creamy, tasted almost like a Spanish wine if you blind me. I feel the wine were very extracted, with loads of tannins lurking around.
