2014 Domaine des Carabiniers Horse Tavel Rosè
POMEGRANATE
This wine shocked me with the amount of pomegranate found in the body, almost at a roof breaking scale! I hardly venture Rosè all the way to southern Rhone, this was an exception as it came from a third party.
I loved fruity wines, but to a certain limit, this one was a bit out of my scope as the fruits were not only strong but also overwhelming, to the extent that it was overly sweet and a bit fake or rather artificial!
