2014 Domaine Pattes Loup Chablis 1er Cru Butteaux
This was my first time exposing to this Chablis maker label, furthermore the encounter was in a blind tasting.
Nose of dry cupboard, slight white chocolate and lemon juice.
Content required time to open up. Started off extremely sour, strong acidity, and lacked fruits. But time cured all these problems, as it became more fruity later. Decent quality.
