2014 Emmolo Sauvignon Blanc
YOUNG STUFF 年轻的倾向
This Sauvignon Blanc was way too young, I get an almost choking nose and palate feel. I would advice winemaker to age it for a couple of years before releasing it to the public for consumption. Any earlier was not doing any justification to consumers.
这个白长相思基本上太年轻了， 闻的时候有扑鼻或者是呛鼻的感觉，而且口感也一样呛口。我建议酒庄不应该把这样年轻的酒抛入市场，应该给它陈年到适饮期才投入市场，可能产生更完美的效果，不然得罪了顾客再加上不好的评语适得其反，折了夫人又折兵，何苦？
