Faiveley, being a negociant, buy grapes all over the place. However this was my first time coming across Faiveley slapping a Referts label on their staple.
As like Louis Jadot, another negociant carrying Referts, they tend to use too much oak for their wines. Nose was light and acidic but with moderate oak. Content was overwhelming butter (implying oaks), very thick body, lush but with a bitter finishing, implying abuse of oak again!
