2014 Gaia Thalassitis Santorini Superior White Dry
MY FIRST GREECE WINE Never ever had a Greece produced wine before, so it's an honor to taste one today. Can someone share what's the top Greece wine so that I can keep an eye on a bottle? This white was decent, with very fresh forest and floral nose. Was told it was aged in 100% Stainless Steel vat. Almost Chablis like style to me, decent acidity, somehow lacking in fruits, decent finish, has a character by itself. Would love to have a bottle over lunch in the future.
