2014 Montalbera Lintuito Barbaresco
Decanted it for an hour, thought it would be enough, but I was wrong, the first sip was almost tasteless, slowly improved in the glass and opened up, and then the paper dry tannins kicked in. I have to say, not many producers in Barolo bothered to produce tannic wines anymore. They want to sell the wines quickly. So this was probably classic.
放入醒酒器醒了一个小时,以为足够了,但是我错了!第一口的感觉是没有什么味道,但是在杯子里慢慢打开,然后浓厚的单宁接过了葡萄味道。我需要坦言现在的庄园不愿意再出产这样重单宁的酒了,因为需要陈年很久才能饮用。所以这个老实的酒商应该受到尊重!
