2014 Ravazzi Chianti Classic
CLASSICO
I need to learn from Vivino about the classification of Chianti wines. What qualifies as a Classico and what qualifies as a Riserva? The aging process in the oak barrel (if they even use it!), or grape type?
I was told this was 100% Sangiovese grape type. Was expecting some kind of complexity, yes, only on the nose. The body totally disappointed me with single dimensional taste. Rubbish.
