2015 Aegerter Chablis Vaudesir Grand Cru

I always enjoy a Grand Cru Vaudesir from Chablis, be it Raveneau, Dauvissat, Verget or Aegerter, they all possessed the charm! The nose on this bottle was a pleasure to smell, almost borderline summer flower. I particularly enjoyed the hidden beauty; the fruits that’s still masked behind the acidity, not pronounced yet, but will likely be louder in the years to come!
