2015 Chateau Henri Bonnaud Terre Promise Blanc

BOLD AND HOLLOW 直率和空洞
Made of 100% Rolle grape varietal, or better known as Vermentino in Italy, not quite common in France. It exhibits very strong floral and white fruits nose, somewhat rough. Palate was similar, rough and bold, definitely not similar to Chardonnay produced in burgundy. When hit on the mid palate, it somehow produced very hollow taste and disappeared quickly.
这个罗乐葡萄品种在法国一般比较少见，大多数都是意大利惯用的葡萄品种。非常强烈的花香和白果香味，有点粗旷。口感也一样，粗旷和直率，绝对没有布艮第霞多丽葡萄品种那种秀气细腻味道，而更接近新世界产的葡萄酒。而且在舌头的中部产生一种空洞的感觉。需要改进。
