BREAKFAST WINE 2
The 2nd wine in the tasting of Rhone Valley started out better. This was giving hints of the usual Rhone character with earthy tones on both the nose & palate. But after 10 mins in the glass, it followed suit to the CDP and turned jammy as well. Although not as jammy as CDP, this wine lost the earthy tones and became my 2nd breakfast wine.
Similar to CDP this is also Demeter approved & made with organic grapes. Despite the downhill evolution I decided to give this a slightly higher rating
