This was the white version of the organically produced Priorat I drank and posted yesterday. If you blind me, I'll swear that this was a new world wine!
Nose of ripe and cooked fruits, very forward. Palate was really forward, rich, bold and extracted. It was really confusing why would an organic wine tasted like this? The only explanation I had was that since it was grown naturally, it had more flavor and more juice in the grape, just like the organic food we tasted are normally more tasty.
