2015 Olivier Leflaive Les Referts
UNFORTUNATE POSITION
In the entry level flight of Les Referts that I recently posted, I was saddened by the outcome of this wine. Amongst the 5 producers, this was initially ranked 2nd, but as time went by, I downgraded it to 3rd and finally 4th! Drastic change of position! What happened?
Others were improving! This possessed a floral freshness and slight pomelo nose. Quite balanced except slightly elevated acidity, although friendly and decent length with a tinge of orange. Not too shabby.
