2015 Rum Nation Barbados

I didn’t expect a rum ought to be aged like whiskies, but it does make sense since it has to apply cherry oak barrels to age the content. This was aged for 20 years.
Slightly different from the Demerara I just reported, with coffee and cherry nose. The palate was more fiery and stronger taste, but it was not over the hill type of aggressive fiery, I think it’s very receptive to even ladies, nice easy evening drink. Always good to learn something new!
