CONFUSING
Saint Julien is an appellation name in Bordeaux, not a wine label and definitely not a Bordeaux Superieur classification, I hope you guys don’t get misled by the confusing label. You can aim for the 3 Leovilles as a representation of Saint Julien appellation.
Nose of faint coffee and cow dung, the smell of fertilizer, not exactly enticing. Content was decent with smooth and surprisingly resolved tannins, soft, smooth and enjoyable, definitely the vintage in play!
