2015 San Patrignano Aulente Bianco
ORGANIC?
Sometimes I don't quite understand organic wines, as it doesn't taste anymore superior over non organic wines (I'm talking about daily consumption wines and not top notch labels)., nor was it cleaner, or longer finishing.
This Italian label claimed organically produced, I just don't see how. It was pretty sour and acidic, and lacked flavors, I can't find any outstanding character to claim organic. I was told there's no official governing body for Italian organic wines, is that true?
