维奥涅尔是南法的葡萄品种，通常以粗旷闻名。这瓶酒混合了霞多丽葡萄品种和这个维奥涅尔的品种使得这瓶葡萄酒比较多层次感；有细嫩的一面，也带有一点粗旷的味道，混合得不错。我感觉这瓶酒混合得比较多霞多丽，所以喝起来比较柔顺，反而感觉不到维奥涅尔的粗旷味。喝起来比较细腻，是款平时可以饮用的葡萄酒。今晚我配上了歌乐山辣子鸡，感觉还不错，可以配合。
