We had a special class with Riedel to showcase how different wines will smell and taste when poured into different shapes and sizes of glasses, and how important it is in enjoying your wine.
Coming from a vintage that was only harvested last year, this wine was very green and youthful. It had nose of green grass, but does not have the same pungent aroma that is famous in Sauvignon Blancs from NZ. The acidity was a bit too sharp which does not make it a pleasant drink.
