2016 Estandon Heritage Rose
QUICKLY FORGOTTEN
Even though I tried to take notes for every glass served to me, it was still not easy to recall these easily forgotten rose. I vaguely remembered they told me they harvest early in the night to preserve the freshness of the grapes, not an easy job!
Nothing to commemorate the night harvesting effort except that it was quite punchy and slightly structured, with fresh fruits to wrap it up.
