2016 Estandon Zenith Rose
SLIGHTLY BETTER
Having tasted the Reflet and Heritage, I actually find this Zenith one of Estandon best roses. Another night harvesting of grapes to preserve freshness.
I noticed the color was like a fading pink rather than being bright, a bit worried that it was diluted. But my palate told me the colors lied, this label had a much more expressive flavor, with multiple definitions. Quite enjoyable.
