2016 Montalbera Nudo
POMELO & ORANGE 柚子和橙
This was made of Chardonnay coming from Piedmont, famous for it’s Barolo and Nebbiolo grapes, but relatively unknown for whites. The nose was initially Pomelo skins and oily character. Palate was initially thick, rough, unpolished and oily, surprisingly after chilling in a bucket of ice, the wine changed slowly, eventually turned very Meursault alike, being thin and orange driven.
这是一款来自意大利西北部的霞多丽葡萄品种，比较少见，他们的红酒闻名于天下。初开始香味有点柚子皮和橄榄油的感觉。内容也有点粗燥，厚实和油味。但是我放在冰桶里反而改变了初始的味道，有点莫尔索口感，变得比较薄和橙味。
