2016 Verget Chablis Cuvee de la Butte

My rare encounter of this Chablis 2016, of which I heard production was 50% down from normal vintages across the board. Still, I was impressed with even a simple Chablis like this; nose of attacking sharpness of acidity and slightly ripe lemon. Palate was surprisingly balanced, with the tendency towards acidity more than fruits, although they’re in harmony.
夏布利的2016年份是个灾难的年份，一半以上的葡萄园被天气严重影响了产量，价格一定会高升。不过我还是喜欢这个年份，这个简单的夏布利都没有令我失望。扑鼻而来的是很强的酸度和略为成熟的柠檬味。口感很好，平衡的酸度和果味，更偏向于酸度，但是不可多得的平衡。
