As a winery from Alsace since the 17th century, I decided to review some of their wines. It’s been a very fun drinking experience, as the staple was very diversified with all kinds of flavor!
I don’t get a lot of nose from this glass, in fact, very very muted nose, although it slowly opened up with very faint tropical fruits and slightly oily
This was a very bold Gewurstraminer, perhaps somehow over extracted, it also had some bitterness and slight lychee taste.
