2017 Aegerter Reserve Personnelle Mâcon Villages

For everyday consumption, most of us cannot afford 1er cru or grand cru, so my mission was to find something cheap and good. This one definitely fitted into my book! Strange nose of tropical fruits, stone and slight banana, turned into strong pears thereafter. Surprisingly soft on the palate, melted very quickly, although content was a bit thin, but for village level wines, that can be quickly forgiven.
