2017 Chateau Henri Bonnaud Quintessence Palette Rose
SUMMER CAME EARLY 早到的夏天
I swear by rose for summer drink, and my first love for rose was almost always Henri Bonnaud’s Palette. 2017 was a slightly weaker vintage, and it reflected on the wine itself. Nose was almost peach, passion fruit and creamy. Palate was fresh, crisp, and refreshing. Very cooling effect on this hot Singapore weather!
夏天的首选我最喜欢的是这些粉红酒，而这个牌子总是给我惊喜。2017年虽然是个一般般的年份，但是这个酿酒师完全没有失手，还是酿出了很好的酒出来。鼻子的香味有很清新的桃味，还有白香果。口感非常新鲜，脆而且清新。在这个一年四季都是夏天的新加坡，白天喝这种酒真的是一种享受，很透凉，很爽。
