2017 Chateau Henri Bonnaud Terre Promise Blanc

Surprised this young wine was full of tropical fruits, from nose to content. It was made of 100% Rolle grape varietal, and hand harvested, which was quite rare nowadays. Nose was full of soft pears and a bit of mangoes. Content was definitive pears, and it was the soft pears, not the hard nor sharp and juicy pears. Went well with Singapore local food!
很惊讶这个年轻的酒有这样浓厚的热带水果香味和口感！ 用109%的诺里葡萄品种，在法国比较少见，比较适合比较热的产区。鼻味就是梨，而且是软梨，还带有一点芒果味。口感味道100%的梨味，而且是那种软梨，不是那种尖锐的梨或是水晶梨。非常适合新加坡的菜。
