2017 Cono Sur Reserva Especial Merlot

This’s probably the youngest wine I’ve ever ordered by the bottle. Nothing to shout about but I want to make a point about how to consume it. First sip, even though Merlot was supposed to be friendly and approachable, but at this age it’s still tasted like a Cabernet Sauvignon, dry and relatively tannic. It definitely opened up within 15 mins in the glass. Decanting it is the best choice.
我很少喝这样年轻的酒， 梅洛通常都可以在早期饮用，不过这款还是像赤霞珠，特别的干和浓厚的单宁。我觉得要好好欣赏这款年轻的酒就一定要醒酒。效果非常好，之后就是柔顺的感觉了。跟之前判若两人。
