2020 Paola Sordo Gavi DOCG

This white is made of 100% Cortese grape varietal, with roughly 12% alc, it’s made for early consumption and casual drinking. I find the character of this wine more of a cross breed of burgundy Chardonnay and new world Sauvignon Blanc style. Aroma of spring blossom as well as slight buttery bouquet. Content is casual, with crisp and zesty character, pretty much a drink and forget wine.
