After years of hunting a liquor to go along with my favorite Sichuan food, I’ve finally found something interesting to go with it. Look at the spicy hotpot, not many wines nor liquor were able to match the spicy food.
Made of sorghum and water, at 45 degrees abv, the alcohol was hardly felt. Instead, I found it extremely floral, soft, flavorful, soft and with tremendous length. The sweetness, not overly sweet, came in perfect balance with the spicy chillies. Extremely easy to drink, try it!
