I normally don't like sweet sake, so I always order the higher SMV sake which are drier, of course they're not as fruity and sweet.
However this Daiginjio tasted much sweeter and fruitier than +6, I would put it as +3. Huge loads of melon dominated the palate. It's difficult to pair sake with any other type of food except Japanese, which seemed to be a perfect match.
