STRAWBERRY MATE！
On a casual dinner, I ate everything from prawn roll appetizer to spicy chilly food to stir fry food, nothing really went well with this champagne.... until my basket of strawberries showed up!
Surprisingly complimentary to fruits, particularly Korean strawberries! Somehow the acidity from the wine was balanced by the acidity of the champagne. Unlike any other wines, this co existed harmoniously with my strawberries. Perfect pairing! Now I can imagine chocolate coated strawberries!

The trick here is not to drink it while it's still chilled, let it warm up in the glass (don't use flutes!), and enjoy the intensity of the champagne, very enjoyable.
